DAISCH garnered significant attention with its IFS3000 brake test solution, IMU, and a series of innovative products at the expo, receiving high praise from on-site customers.
IFS3000 brake testing solution
The newly developed IFS3000 brake testing solution is part of the new generation of DAISCH high-precision measurement systems designed for brake testing applications in automotive development.
This solution can accurately output key data such as vehicle braking distance and braking time, significantly enhancing testing precision and efficiency. It features the following key performance metrics:
• Accuracy up to ±1.8 cm.
• Integration of high-precision IMU, GNSS receiver, and high-performance computing processor.
• Speed accuracy of up to 0.03 m/s, providing exceptional positioning precision.
• Capability to directly mount a V-type battery on the support pole, offering a turnkey power supply solution for the IFS3000.
• The pedal sensor employs a reliable metal structure to provide real-time status information on the brake pedal’s activation.

DAISCH consistently focuses on high-precision IMU/INS technology, establishing a comprehensive product matrix ranging from on-board inertial navigation units (IMUs) and integrated navigation modules to high-end ADAS testing equipment and validation. As a leader in high-precision inertial positioning, DAISCH has developed compact, high-performance, cost-effective on-board IMU modules that have found applications in various fields, including robotics, construction machinery, and the low-altitude economy.
