Typical Development Path

A streamlined workflow designed to get you from unboxing to finalized product in under 4 weeks.

Week 1
01

PC Evaluation

Connect via USB. Use DS_RVision to visualize raw data, check noise density, and log Allan Variance.

Week 2
02

Driver Integration

Port the C SDK to your MCU (STM32/ESP32) or install the ROS Node on your Jetson/IPC.

Week 3
03

System Tuning

Mount on vehicle. Configure installation angles, hard/soft iron calibration, and data output rates.

Week 4
04

Design-In

Import our Reference Schematics into your carrier board design and prepare for SMT production.

Development FAQ

Common questions about hardware compatibility, software tools, and design-in resources.

Yes. The evaluation board breaks out the UART/TTL pins via standard 2.54mm headers. You can bypass the USB interface and wire it directly to your STM32, ESP32, or Arduino TX/RX pins.
Our main GUI tool (DS_RVision) is Windows-based. However, our Python SDK and ROS drivers are cross-platform and work perfectly on MacOS (Intel/Silicon) and Linux.
Yes. The power voltage depends on different modules and refer to the datasheet.
Yes. We provide detailed STEP files that include the internal PCB structure and thermal pad locations, allowing you to run accurate thermal analysis in SolidWorks or Ansys.
Yes. The DS_RVision software includes a firmware update tool. We release periodic updates to improve Kalman filter performance and add new protocol features.
We maintain stock of evaluation kits for all major series. Orders are usually shipped in 2-3 days. For mass production quantities (>100 units), standard lead time is 2-4 weeks.
Yes. Once you have integrated our sensor into your carrier board design, you can send your schematic and layout (Gerber) to our support team. We will review the power and signal lines to ensure optimal performance, free of charge.
Yes. The evaluation board includes a CAN transceiver. You can connect a CAN analyzer (like PEAK or Kvaser) to the H/L screw terminals to monitor data or send configuration commands.
