Product Description
The IM8S-CB-M is an automotive-grade inertial measurement module tailored for the robotics industry. Its high reliability, environmental resilience, and long-term stability address the fundamental pain points of robots operating in demanding environments. For instance, its wide-temperature performance ensures no degradation in extreme cold or scorching heat, while its superior vibration and shock resistance allow the IMU to maintain stable data output even during high-dynamic maneuvers.
Furthermore, the IM8S-CB-M is specifically optimized for humanoid robots and quadruped robot dogs, meeting the requirements for large measurement ranges for both accelerometers and gyroscopes, as well as providing configurable filter bandwidths.
In addition, calibration via Daisch AutoCalix technology guarantees the accuracy of key metrics—including bias, scale factor, and orthogonality—while ensuring exceptional consistency across mass production. The IM8S-CB-M features a bolt-on mounting design for seamless integration onto target PCBs, and its compact package size significantly minimizes the physical footprint within the target controller.
